Kevin Godfrey

Meet the Founder and Owner of Godfrey’s Tree Service. Kevin grew up with a father in the logging industry and fell in love with tree work. As a young man he worked on a logging crew as a cutter man. Kevin began making moves toward his dream; to own his tree service. After years of hard work, he was able to operate his tree service full time.

Kevin has incredible leadership skills which helps everyone work together efficiently and safely.

He is a proud father of three. Mark, Alisha, and Raelyn Godfrey.

Charlie Godfrey

A life in Tree work! Meet Charlie. He was a cutter man with local logging crews for most of his life. Witnessing firsthand Charlie’s sacrifices in life, his sons were strongly influenced. Kevin adopted his father’s honest and hard work ethic.

Meet mark Godfrey. He has been doing tree work since he was just a boy. Mark got his first chainsaw at about 12 years old. When he wasn’t in school, he was either on tree jobs or helping his dad bust and sell firewood. Mark graduated from Chattooga High School in 2016 and has been working for his family's business ever since.

Mark specializes in rigging and dangerous removals. His job is to get the trees to the ground safely while coordinating with the climber, bucket man, and ground crew. Mark hopes to one day follow in his father's footsteps and grow the company he loves.

He is a proud father of his son, Layton.
